Business Analyst (Multiple Openings)
Full-Time | Pay: $40k - $50k/year
Duties: Serve as primary customer point of contact and Subject Matter Expert/Process Consultant to devise client engagement for Medical Clinical Sciences (includes Clinical Safety, Medical Clinical Claims and Clinical Operations), Pre Sales, Lead Generation, Marketing, Account Development, New Business Development, New Practice Development. Determine operational objectives and strategies by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats. Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements, forming project team. Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, recommending actions. Ensure that project deadlines and deliverables are met according to time and budget constraints and that the projects adhere and comply with standard implementation procedures. Assist with the business case. Publish White Papers and Blogs. Update company website, assist with developing Marketing campaigns, Inside Sales, Trade Shows, and Conferences. Coordinate offshore contracts, SOWs, MSA, CRM.
Requirements: Requires Master of Business Administration degree or related and 1 year experience as a subject matter expert in pharmaceutical life sciences. Requires knowledge of global clinical development, medical and regulatory affairs, drug safety and technology. Requires experience in emerging markets regulatory agencies and/or supply chain (logistics); MS Project, Visio, Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Requires excellent communication and presentation skills.
Language Translator and Interpreter (Multiple Openings)
Full-Time | Pay: to $25k/year
Responsibilities:
In-Center Interpreters are responsible for providing consecutive interpretation services over-the-phone in a contact center environment. The Interpreter is required to be fluent in English and Korean language at a professional level, be able to pass a language assessment, and be trained to become effective over-the-phone interpreters. The Interpreter will be expected to demonstrate excellent customer service, communicate all information clearly and accurately, and adhere to the requirements of the workplace. Over time, successful interpreters will have the opportunity to learn new subject matter and become qualified to service more challenging call types.
Job Requirements:
Professional proficiency (speaking, listening, and reading) in English and Korean language
The ability to attend training for one month between 9-3:30pm
Able to master interpretation concepts and develop the skills necessary to perform effective consecutive interpretation
Ability to communicate effectively across cultures
Ability to use multiple software and phone systems simultaneously, strong computer skills are required
Ability to sit and interpret over-the-phone for extended periods
Ability to concentrate and take effective notes in a fast-paced work environment
